SELAH RETREATS

“Selah” is a Hebrew word that means to pause, or to rest. It was often used in songs that we read in Psalms or Habakkuk. It’s a short word that holds a lot of weight. We are created to rest, but often, just like in the hymns in Scripture, rest is a concept that we often have to be reminded of. Hosted by Stephanie twice a year since 2022, Selah Retreats are a time for women to come to rest, renew, and be refreshed in the presence of God.

  • “It was definitely life changing. These past couple months have been truly hard. I found myself becoming depressed. This weekend I feel like I heard God speaking to me for the first time in a very long time.”

  • “I have been feeling that everything has been taking my energy (marriage, mom duties, work, etc). It was great to get away and get a reset and get some tools to rest in God.”

  • “I really cannot wait until the next one! I’m telling EVERYBODY. I felt so comfortable being around everyone, they were so loving and welcoming!”

  • “God always makes a way for these retreats to come together and for us sisters to have a fruitful time with one another. These topics are about real things we go through as humans and then with being followers of Jesus, we can share these real struggles and know that we are in good hands.”

  • “I’m so thankful Stephanie listened to the call and vision God gave her because this weekend was life-changing for me…in a very practical, applicable way.”
